Meet the GOP Candidates with WCFR and the Eagle Times
SPRINGFIELD -- Join Eagle Times reporter Steve Seitz and WCFR general manager Ray Kimball as they talk to the candidates this summer.

In their only face to face statewide matchup before the August 24 primary, Republican candidates for Lieutenant Governor Mark Snelling and Washington County Senator Phil Scott will answer questions and discuss their reasons for running on Aug. 7th at 10am. The debates will be heard over four radio stations across Vermont -- WCFR, WCVR, WNTK and WUVR.

In the Springfield area, political newcomer Bryan Shohet and Paul Gibbs, in his second attempt for a Springfield seat in the Legislature, will meet with Steve and Ray on July 27 for a round at WCFR. Be sure to tune in at 5pm.

Other interested candidates are encouraged to contact WCFR about making arrangements.
